Upgrading of Namtumbo – Tunduru road to bitumen standard lot a: Namtumbo – Kilimasera section

The Namtumbo – Tunduru road is situated
in Ruvuma Region, Southern part of
Tanzania bordering Malawi to the West and
Mozambique to the South.
The specific objectives of the Consultancy
services are to:
(i) Ensure that the documents and data are
correct, complete and conform to the
internationally acceptable standards and
ADB, JICA and National guidelines and
standards.
(ii) Supervise the works contract to ensure
that the works comply with the approved
design, drawings, etc.
(iii) Supervise maintenance activities during
the defects liability period.
(iv) Approve Contractor’s working drawings
